Partners

We continue to enjoy working with our many partners from both the public, private and non profit sectors to achieve such positive outcomes including Winda Mara Aboriginal Corporation, Portland District Health, Glenelg Shire, Southern Grampians Glenelg Primary Care Partnership, Heywood Consolidated School, Heywood Secondary College, Aspire, National Centre for Farmer’s Health, Casterton Memorial Hospital, Merino Community Health Centre, Dartmoor Bush Nursing Centre, Western District Health Service, United Way Glenelg, Department of Veteran Affairs, the many service clubs – Lions, Rotary and Apex, Heywood Men’s Talk Incorporated, and the Heywood Progress Association.
