 Local Winners Scoop Raffle Prizes!
A fundraising raffle with 5 great prizes totaling $2152.00 in value was drawn
at 5pm, 13 April 2010. The majority of winners were from the local area
including Geelong, or had family connections with the Surf Coast. All winners
have been contacted individually, and were delighted with their prizes!
The prizes were all donated and included a gas BBQ, accommodation on the
Great Ocean Road, a Family Portrait, vouchers for homewares, books, massage
and personal training. The raffle was conducted by the Lorne Wave cycle team
that participated in the Murray To Moyne Cycle Relay to fundraise for the
Lorne Community Hospital. The raffle raised $1,900 and the teams total
fundraising was over in the vicinity of $12,000 from the event.

- To provide an integrated Health Service encompassing Acute Care, and Community Based services appropriate to meet the needs of the community of Lorne and its surrounding district.
- To provide a high quality of care for patients through the maintenance of ethical and professional standards in a safe and secure environment.
- To promote health in the Community through the initiatives in Health
- Promotion, Education and illness prevention.
- To provide the most cost effective model of health service delivery within the resources available.
