Lives in Point Lonsdale. A physiotherapist, previously employed by the Department of Human Services, Elizabeth has had considerable experience with community health issues and management. She is currently involved in various community groups, including the Swan Bay Integrated Catchment Management Committee.

Lives between Melbourne and Ocean Grove. Areas of expertise are business management, including the health industry and public finance/economics. Career in Senior Operational and Financial management in the manufacturing industry. Currently consulting to Local Government in the area of Strategic Financial Planning.

Mr Ross Brown
Lives in Ocean Grove and works as a lawyer with Harwood Andrews primarily in Family Law and Disability and Mental Health Law. Ross has been involved in a number of community organisations in the past 20 years or so and brings to the Board and interest in finance and governance and a legal aspect.

Mr Neville Greenhalgh - currently Junior Vice President
Resides in Ocean Grove. Neville has an Economics degree, and working career involved marketing in the chemical industry, and more recently, State Government with Queensland Treasury and Queensland Health. Has relevant experience in financial management, risk management, strategic planning and evaluation.

Mr Kevin Hughes - currently Senior Vice President
Kevin resides in St Leonards. He has a background in the management of building works for both government and the private sector. Experience in capital planning, financial management and risk management. Recent work experience includes Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities and Community Health Services.

Ms Wendy Allen
Wendy has extensive experience in local and state government planning, program delivery, infrastructure planning and asset management. After moving to Geelong for work reasons in the early 80's she and her partner decided to stay and establish their family in the region. The links to the region have been further enhanced by being involved in the activities of the two children and by taking leadership roles in many and varied community organisations.

Mr Valentine Simpson.
Lives in Portarlington. Was a Detective Sergeant with Victoria Police, former Shire President, Shire of Diamond Valley. Involved in a voluntary capacity with Vision Australia as a Client Representative (Australia wide) and also other community groups in Portarlington and Geelong.
