Southern Grampians and Glenelg PCP staff recently visited the Bush Nursing Centre as part of their capacity building project, Rural People; Resilient Futures.

The purpose of the initative is to investigate the vulnerabilities in the Shire exacerbated by climate change. The ultimate aim being to integrate strategies and actions to reduce vulnerabilities and enhance resilience. The BBNC involvements stems from our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our community.

More information including the strategic plan is available on the website http://sggpcp.com/
